A Big Deal (For Who?)

In this week’s episode, I talk about the need to understand relative impact. From seat reclining and font sizes to access ramps and viral infections, I discuss how empathy is an effective tool in understanding how things that aren’t a “big deal” to us can be huge issues for others.
